Detailed description of Marriotts Camelback Golf Club, Ambiente Course
Marriott's Camelback Golf Club, Ambiente Course, previously named the Indian Bend Course, is a Resort, 18 hole golf course located in Scottsdale, Arizona. It is one of two 18 hole courses at this facility. The other is the Padre Course.
The Indian Bend Course is a traditional American links-style course that has been created in a breathtaking setting with magnificent mountain backdrops, lush palm and eucalyptus-lined fairways, and scenic water holes. The 7,014-yard, par 72 course is a dynamic layout that will be sure to test your skills while offering a friendly golf experience to the less experienced golfer.

Both courses at this resort are top notch.

Pace of play was bothersome, there were several groups playing a scramble format of some sort ahead of us and were extremely slow, no one on course to monitor. Course was extremely hard and dry, difficult to keep balls in play.
In the bizarre category, I jokingly mentioned having "one for the recycling bin" with an empty aluminum container, and the cart attendant said "we do not recycle, corporate will not let us even though we have been asking. We generate tons of garbage but we can not recycle..."
